The Prepare Phase of the hiring process is the most important and most-neglected phase of the hiring process. After This section, you will master the job analysis, job qualifications, job descriptions, recruiting objectives, and recruiting strategies for sales hiring.

The Identify phase of the hiring process is about creating awareness and interest in your sales job and understanding the anatomy of a top salesperson. After this section of the course you will know how to quickly create a pipeline of qualified candidates and tell which candidates are truly exceptional.

After creating a candidate pipeline with, the interview, screening and selection process begins. This process is ironclad and ensure you make the best hire. After this section you will have learned the six-step process to interviewing and selecting top salespeople.
